The Brazos Falls are one of the most magical times at Corkins Lodge. Witnessing thousands of gallons of snowmelt runing down the vertical Brazos Cliffs is magnificent. We want more people to experience the falls so we are offering 25% off stays from April-May so you can experience the waterfall firsthand.
Please know the waterfall is entirely dependent on when the sun is warm enough to melt the snow on top of the cliffs. The waterfall typically runs from mid-April to mid-May. There are no hiking or jeep trails to the foot of the falls, the very best views are from Corkins Lodge, available only to guests.

Historical Waterfall Active Dates
The waterfall is entirely weather dependent on the snowpack on the Brazos Cliffs and the spring thawing. It always flows between mid-April and mid-May. Following are the active dates when the waterfall was flowing the past few years:
